MIX BY VOLUME: Approximately 4 parts Pal Tiya Premium powder to 1 part water.

First mix together in a bowl, then knead by hand. Add either more water or Premium till it becomes a pliable, dough-like consistancy. Continue to knead for 2 minutes. For large batches, an electric dough mixer is useful, increasing the knead time to 5 minutes.

APPLICATION: Premium is most effective as a strong hollow shell. Build an armature and cover it with crushed aluminum foil to provide an initial key and to prevent moisture wicking into the armature material. Over this, apply a thin coat of Premium and begin sculpting. Coating thickness is dependent on size: 3/16 inch for small sculptures, ¼ - ½ inch for medium and ¾ inch for large pieces. WORKING TIME: 15 minutes of soft pliable sculpting time (for basic shapes) followed by 2 hours of gradual stiffening (for details).

ADDING MORE OVER SEVERAL DAYS: While still soft, rake the unfinshed areas to create aggressive texture as a key. Let cure. Next day(s), lightly pre-wet raked area, then add more.

CURING: First day wrap the sculpture in plastic to prevent drying. Next day add wet towels onto the sculpture then wrap again in plastic. Keep wet for a minimum of 5 days, up to 28 days. (the more water, the better the cure. Submerging in water after the first day is best)

WARNING: Causes skin irritation, Causes serious eye irritation, May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause respiratory irritation, Wash face, hands and any exposed skin thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear eye/face protection.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention

STORE IN A DRY PLACE. ALWAYS USE GLOVES.

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water . Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing Call POISON CENTER or doctor/physician if you feel unwell.

Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up.

Dispose of contents/ container to an approved waste disposal plant.
