How Do I Best Store It?

To keep Pal Tiya Premium (PTP) fresh for the longest possible time, it is critical to prevent moisture from getting to it.

Do not place a bag of PTP directly on a concrete floor. Concrete holds a lot of moisture naturally and this can wick through even the best bag.

The best option is a sealed plastic container/pail. It is important to reduce the amount of excess air space to a minimum. Use the smallest possible container or fill the additional space with a completely dry material (ie: styrofoam).

When storing in an opened bag, remove all air when re-closing and wrap additionally in plastic.
