What About Dust?

Wear a dust mask to prevent breathing in any dust.

Vigorous mixing can be dusty. Remember, inside your nose and lungs are wet, any inhaled dust will become alkaline and irritate. So when beginning your mix, cover your work bowl with a dry towel until the mix is fully 'wetted'. 

If you're mixing tiny batches indoors, slow gentle initial mixing will keep dust down.
